Sacraments as Part of Faith Formation

We are grateful to parents for entrusting their children to our care and take seriously our shared responsibility for the faith formation of their children. Catechists and staff promote a living faith through example of respect for the dignity of each person, and students learn and reflect on the teachings of the Church and how to best live their faith each day.

Second and eighth grades are extraordinary years for our students with the reception of First Holy Communion and First Reconciliation in second grade, and Confirmation in eighth grade. Students in all grades learn the Liturgical Seasons and have an in-depth study of all the Sacraments as well as the lives of the Saints.

Students must attend Faith Formation for two consecutive years in order to receive the Sacraments of First Communion and Confirmation
